Important Notes
Smoking is not permitted in public areas, lounge, restaurants, bars, swimming pools or Guest-rooms but is permitted in designated smoking areas. Smoking in Guest-rooms will result in a $750 USD Fine added to the Guest’s Account for immediate settlement.
Guest checking in must place a hold/pre-authorization on their credit card as a security deposit for Incidentals. It is 100 USD per room, per night with a maximum amount of 500 USD. The hotel does not accept/exchange damaged foreign currencies.
The late check-out fee is 36 USD per hour until 6:00 pm. After 6:00 pm, it will be one room night. All late check-outs must be approved by the front desk.
Radisson Grenada Beach Resort has currently started and will be starting the below renovations throughout the property.
1) Currently, Radisson is working on a new Laundry Facility which sits behind the Executive Beach Building (visible only to those in the hallway). The location of this work area is at back of the Resort, with minimal visual and noise disturbance with a set completion date of Mud February 2024.
2) There is an boarded off area that can been seen located on the ground floor entrance to the Executive Beachfront Building, opposite the entrance door to the ground floor Suite. however, no work has started within. We will keep you posted on when work will start in this area.
3) The hotel also plans to add an additional public washroom in April 2024. Between this week and next week, in preparation for this work, the hotel will be boarding that will be plastered and painted to finish it off. There will be minimal visual and noise disturbance.
4) Summer Renovations ~ As of the May 2024, Radisson Grenada Beach Resort will begin improving the Resort to rebrand as a Radisson BLU Brand in December 2024. During this time the hotel will be undergoing various renovations throughout the property where there will be some visual and noise throughout the property during this time.

Improvement project will begin on Monday, September 30th, and continue through to mid-December. The hotel will be upgrading the area surrounding one of the swimming pools. At this time, the main task is to build a plywood barrier to conceal the excavation work being done at the northern pool's deck edge. As of October 1, 2024, earth will be excavated in order to install pillars.
As of the third week of October, The Pool at the Sunset Bar area will be closed until December for the renovation project however, the Oasis pool and surrounding area will be unaffected and opened for guests.
The construction area will be cordoned off. There will be no work at night however, there will be some work on the weekends.
The Tradewinds Restaurant will be closed for about three weeks starting on November 15th to install a new air conditioning system. During this time, breakfast will be served in an alternative location.
Please note, the Sunset Pool along with the Sunset Restaurant & Bar will be closed to accommodate renovations on the pool for 8 weeks. (Estimating to be completed by July 1, 2025). During this time, the Tradewinds Restaurant and Oasis Bar & Grill as well as Oasis Pool will continue to remain open to serve guests. In addition, the resort has newly opened George's Bar, where a menu is also served to guests.
